I was referred to this business by a friend. I was told to ask for Jorge Tirado. I was not disappointed. He was able to meet my request - choose and install carpet in my living room within 48 hours (on a holiday weekend). I met him on a Saturday and the carpet was installed Monday morning. He went out of his way to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. Ask for him for excellent customer service!

Outstanding customer service and great pricing and selection. I had been to another flooring store with my handyman earlier in the day and that store was out of every style of laminate flooring that I liked. We drove across town which took an hour but arrived at Hernandez flooring five minutes after they had closed. My salesman opened the locked door for us and invited us in. Once he saw the style and color I was looking for, he told me that his boss had just selected a few styles to go on a blowout sale and that one was similar. Exactly what I was looking for at an extremely good price with the customer service of opening up the locked front door. I highly recommend Hernandez Flooring.
